Access: Members can book event space. A $20 non-refundable booking fee is required. Gallery's Gazebo facility rental prices vary per event, quoted as a base fee for a set number of hours plus a rate for each additional hour, or as a percentage of admission fees for certain circumstances. Maximum occupancy 30. Has access to electricity, restroom, covered lanai and gazebo. Accessible through the side gate. Adult members can BYOB in compliance with local laws.

Event booking liability release form

Please read and sign. Your booking request is not confirmed until the gallery follows up and the $20 non-refundable booking fee is paid.

Assumption of risk

I acknowledge that participation in the above event may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other losses. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation.

Release of liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I hereby release, waive, and discharge the event organizer, host, venue, sponsors, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or in connection with the event.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the event organizer and associated parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs (including attorney fees) that may arise due to my participation in the event.

Photo and video release

I grant permission for the event organizers to use photographs, video, or other media of me taken during the event for promotional or commercial purposes.
